Last weekend I finally made it down to Winston Salem to visit my friend Jessica who is getting her masters in scene design. She was kind enough to give me a tour of her facility which was really impressive (and incited much jealousy).
This is one half of the costume design room. Up against the back wall you can see all the bolts of cloth to choose from. I felt like I was watching Project Runway or something, seeing all those sewing machines in the middle of the room (maybe you can’t see them in this photo).
